DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Shipments can occur on weekdays or weekends. We will communicate with you if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, and if you should expect any delays. We will communicate these to you via email or the contact information provided by you.Â
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and are to be
borne by you. These charged will be built separately to you by the courier
company at the time of delivery. Shipping charges are based on shipping destination and
weight of your parcel. Shipping Company determines shipping charges based on the
package weight, custom clearance and various other factors. You are solely responsible for
bearing any customs duty if applicable.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
The estimated date for delivery of the goods will be set out in the Confirmation Email. This date is an estimate only, and we do not guarantee to deliver the goods on that date.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Nikaza Asian Couture is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Nikaza Asian Couture is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Nikaza Asian Couture is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer.Â
RETURNS POLICY
If your goods are faulty when they are delivered, you may return the faulty goods to us. If
you return the goods to us we will (at our option) repair or replace the goods or provide
you with a refund of the purchase price and the price of delivery, via the original payment
method.
In order to return faulty goods, you must contact us at [email protected] to
inform us that you wish to return the goods. We will then provide you with details of
where to return the goods and how to complete the returns process. You will be responsible
for the costs of shipping the goods back to us.Â
You must contact us, and we will provide you with the shipping address, where you could return the order. Processing of refunds may take a few days or months, and we do not guarantee a full refund. Â
